 capacity constraints and a missing enabling environment that engages with 
 their contributions. This session dives into the public interest actor eco
 system: who they are\, what their capacities are to support effective DPI 
 governance\, and which resources they can leverage to help shape national 
 DPI stories. It will also showcase the launch of the platform for DPI gove
 rnance resources.
