The current EU Council version of the Child Sexual Abuse (CSA) Regulation still includes mass surveillance and serious threats to encryption.  The fundamental flaws of the Commission ’s draft law and previous Council texts remain. We call on EU Member States not to agree to this dangerous EU Council position.
